Frequently asked questions.
Shopify or WooCommerce?
Shopify is easier to use and has a monthly subscription. WooCommerce is cheaper to run but needs more looking after. We'll advise after a chat.
How many products can I have?
The price from PLN 3,490 covers up to 50 products. More are quoted separately.
Will you help with advertising the shop?
Yes. We set up and manage product ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google: set-up from PLN 390, management from PLN 349 a month plus ad budget.
Will the shop be legally compliant?
We prepare templates for the terms and conditions, privacy policy and returns policy, and set up the required information at checkout. It's worth having a lawyer check the templates, as they depend on what you sell and to whom.
Can I add products and handle orders myself?
Yes. After launch we show you how to add a product, change a price and handle an order with InPost shipping. You also get a short guide to keep.
How much does it cost to run the shop?
It depends on the platform. Shopify has a monthly subscription with the provider, and WooCommerce needs hosting. On top of that come the payment provider's fees. We set out all the costs before launch.
