Terms of service.
Rules for using the site, the free audit and ordering services. We have written them as simply as we can.

1. Who we are

These terms of service set out the rules for using the cogidom.pl website (services provided electronically) and the general rules for ordering our services.
2. What you can do on the site (free of charge)
- read the content, including service descriptions, pricing and the “Why it works” section,
- take the short test, use the calculator, the tricks mode and the games,
- send a message through the form and order a free audit.
The contract for using the site is concluded when you start using it and ends when you close it. Sending the form ends at the moment the message is sent. You can stop using the site at any time.
3. Technical requirements and security
All you need is a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled. To use the form, you need an email address.
Using the internet comes with typical risks, such as spam, phishing and malware. We never ask for passwords or login details in messages. We recommend an up-to-date operating system and antivirus software.
4. Rules of use
You must not send unlawful or offensive content through the form, or another person’s data without their consent. Please give your real contact details, as we cannot reply without them.
5. Free audit
Within 24 hours on working days of you sending the form, we send back 3 specific things to improve. We prepare the audit based on publicly available information about your business. It is free and comes with no obligation.
6. Ordering paid services
- Prices on the site are “from” prices. They are for information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
- The contract is concluded when we send you a quote and scope of work in writing (by email) and you accept it.
- The amount in the quote is the amount you pay. We do not add VAT.
- Subscriptions: the first month comes with no commitment; after that, one month’s notice applies.
- You pay ad budgets directly to the platforms (e.g. Meta, Google). The domain, website, ad accounts and Google Business Profile are set up in your name and belong to you.
7. Results
We do everything we can to make your business clearly visible. However, we do not guarantee a specific position in Google or Google Maps, a number of customers, or that AI tools will recommend your business, as these also depend on outside companies and on your competitors.
8. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, or a sole trader and the contract is not of a professional nature for you, you can withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. Just send a message to kontakt@cogidom.pl.
- We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your message.
- If you ask us to start work before the 14 days have passed and then withdraw from the contract, you will pay for the part of the work done up to that point.
- The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, if we started it at your express request and you acknowledged that you would lose this right after full performance.
9. Complaints
If something is wrong with the site or our service, write to kontakt@cogidom.pl and describe the problem. We will reply within 14 days.
Consumers can also get free help from their municipal or district consumer ombudsman and from the regional inspectorate of the Trade Inspection. More information at uokik.gov.pl.
10. Copyright and trademarks
The content and graphics on the site are protected by copyright. Do not copy them without our permission.
Google, Google Maps, Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Shopify, WooCommerce, InPost, BLIK, Booksy, Fresha, TripAdvisor and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the tools we work with. Cogidom is not affiliated with these companies.
11. Personal data
How we process data is described in our privacy policy.
12. Changes and final provisions
We may change these terms of service for important reasons, e.g. changes in the law or in the scope of our services. The new version will appear on this page with a new date. Changes do not apply to contracts concluded earlier. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
