Are the tips on winning more customers really free?
Yes. With every service, even the smallest, you get simple tricks and improvements tailored to your business: how to ask for reviews, which photos to show, how quickly to reply, what to fix on your website. No surcharges. You can ask questions throughout our work together and during the 3 months of check-up reports.
How is the free audit different from the check-up report?
The free audit comes before we work together: within 24 hours we point out 3 things to improve. The “through the customer’s eyes” check-up report comes after every service: for 3 months, once a month, we look at your business the way a customer sees it – in Google, on your website and on social media. You get a short report on what works and what to improve. It is included in the price of the service. After that you can continue with a subscription: PLN 79 a month for 3 months, i.e. 3 more reports. The subscription ends on its own, with no automatic renewal.
Do I have to use your hosting?
No. You can have your own hosting and we’ll put the website on it. If you’d rather not deal with the technical side, we’ll host the website for you for PLN 29 a month.
Do I need to add VAT to the prices?
No. These are final prices: the amount on the price list is the amount on the bill.
Is there a contract for several months?
No. On subscriptions the first month has no commitment, then one month’s notice applies. One-off projects are quoted in writing before we start.
How much do I need to spend on ads?
PLN 300–800 a month is enough to start. You pay Facebook or Google directly with your own card.
What does “from” mean?
It’s the price of the basic scope. You get the exact amount in writing after the free audit, before you order anything.
Do you do photo shoots?
No. You take photos and short videos on your phone following our simple guide, and we choose, edit and publish them.
