Who is behind it

Hi, I’m Piotr.

I founded Cogidom because I keep seeing good local businesses lose to worse ones simply because they look weaker online. A great hairdresser with no photos on Google, a reliable tradesman without a website, a restaurant with a years-old menu. Customers have no way to tell they are good, so they choose someone else.

From working in sales and customer service I know that people rarely decide after long consideration. They decide fast: on first impressions, reviews and how easy it is to book. I’m interested in the psychology of decisions, which explains why this happens. At Cogidom I bring the two together: experience from talking to customers and knowledge of how we think.

You work directly with me: from the free audit, through the project, to the reports. I speak plain language, without jargon. And if something makes no sense for your business, I will say so – even if it means a smaller job.
